Wash and grate the cucumbers. Squeeze out as much water as possible using your hands or a clean cloth.

In a bowl, combine squeezed cucumber with Greek yogurt. Add salt, lime juice, crushed garlic, black pepper, dill and mint. Mix well until everything is evenly blended. Adjust salt and lime juice according to taste.

Drizzle little olive oil on top and garnish with mint leaves. Store in an airtight container and chill. It can be refrigerated upto 3 days.
Note
Grated cucumber must be well squeezed to remove water.
Garlic should be finely crushed or grated.
Always use fresh, firm, cucumbers.
